By accessing or using the All Make Appliance website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability information is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. Product availability is subject to change and we may limit quantities.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when the product ships.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. All Make Appliance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Returns & Refunds

6. Warranties

All Make Appliance is not responsible for any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty only. For any and all warranty claims, service, or coverage inquiries, please contact the product manufacturer directly. All Make Appliance acts solely as a retailer and does not provide, administer, or guarantee any product warranties. Extended warranty plans, if purchased, are subject to the terms of the third-party warranty provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of All Make Appliance or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Make Appliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kings County, New York.

10. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: All Make Appliance Customer Updates.

Program description: We send transactional and customer-care text messages to customers who have provided their mobile phone number, including invoice and receipt notifications, scheduled-delivery confirmations, payment reminders, quote approvals, and occasional service updates related to your orders with All Make Appliance.

How you opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile phone number at the time of purchase, when requesting a quote, or when contacting our support team — in person at our showroom, by phone, or through a quote-request form on this Site. By providing your mobile number you consent to receive SMS notifications from All Make Appliance related to your orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You may receive several messages around the time of a purchase or delivery, and otherwise messages are sent only as needed.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

HELP: Reply HELP to any of our messages for support information. We will reply with our support phone number and email. You may also call (732) 426-0990 or email support@allmakeappliances.com.

STOP: Reply STOP to any of our messages to opt out of further SMS communications at any time. We will send one confirmation message and will not text you again unless you opt back in by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is supported on all major US carriers. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to place orders or receive service through other channels (email, phone, WhatsApp).
